Shipping
How long does it take to print my shirt?
Each tee is printed to order. Most orders are printed and shipped in 3–5 business days.
How long does delivery take?
U.S. delivery typically takes another 3–5 business days after shipping. Orders going to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and U.S. territories may take an additional 7–12 business days.
Will I receive tracking information?
Yes. You’ll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. Orders over $85 ship free. Shipping costs for smaller orders are calculated at checkout.
Do you ship outside the United States?
At this time we only ship within the United States. We may expand to international shipping in the future.
Will multiple items arrive together?
Orders with multiple items may ship separately depending on production timing. You’ll receive tracking for each shipment.
Returns & Exchanges
What if my shirt doesn’t fit?
Since each shirt is printed to order, we recommend using the size chart to choose carefully. If there’s a sizing issue, contact us as soon as possible and we’ll we’ll do our best to help.
What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
We’ll make it right. Email support@amentees.com with your order number and a quick photo if possible.
Can I return my order for a refund?
Because each shirt is made to order, we do not accept returns for reasons other than damage, defects, or printing errors. If there’s an issue, reach out and we’ll work with you to resolve it.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Orders move into production quickly. If you need to make a change, contact us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to help.
Can I update my shipping address after ordering?
If your order hasn’t entered production yet, we may be able to update it. Contact us right away.
Product & Care
What kind of shirts do you use?
We print on premium Comfort Colors® tees made from heavyweight 100% ring-spun U.S. cotton. They have a relaxed fit and a soft, vintage feel.
Will my shirt look exactly like the photo?
Because each shirt is garment dyed and printed to order, slight color or placement variations can occur.
How should I wash my shirt?
For best results, wash inside out in cold water and tumble dry low or hang to dry.
Will the shirt shrink?
Comfort Colors® tees are pre-shrunk, but slight shrinkage can occur if washed or dried with high heat.
Orders & Discounts
Can I mix sizes, colors, or designs in bundle discounts?
Yes. You can mix and match any sizes, colors, or designs. Bundle savings apply automatically in your cart once the required quantity is added.
Can I combine bundle savings with the welcome discount?
Yes. The welcome discount for first time customers can be used together with bundle savings on your first order.
Can I use more than one discount code?
Only one discount code can be used per order unless otherwise stated.
Do you offer gift options?
Receipts are not included in packages. You can ship directly to the recipient by entering their address at checkout.
