Refund policy
We accept refund or return requests within 30 days of delivery for items that are unworn, unwashed, and in original condition. Original shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where an item arrives defective or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 10 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We’ll make it right.
Exchanges / Size Changes
We do not offer direct exchanges. The fastest way to receive a different size or design is to place a new order for the desired item. Once the new order is placed, we’ll assist with a refund for the original item in accordance with this policy. Shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received was defective or incorrect.
EU Customers
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in original condition. Please contact us before taking any action so we can advise on the appropriate next steps.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 days of approval. Please allow time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at support@amentees.com.
